So, tonight I saw Inception for the 2nd time with two of my friends and my little brother.
The movie finished around 1230a.
We’re going to Fairfax County Parkway (pretty popular pkwy for cops)
My friend was dropping us home.
For fun he was like “Oh my gosh. What if this is dream?”
I said “Let’s find out. Go in for the kick!”
No one was in sight so he starts to swerve the car just a bit.
Lo and behold, a cop car comes out of nowhere.
We freak. We pull over. We are panicking.
The officer walks up. He says “Are you guys okay?”
My friend who was driving said “Yes sir, we were just messing around. We are truly very sorry.”
The officer goes “Mhm and son, where are you guys coming from?”
My friend goes “The movies.”
Officer asks “What was this ‘messing’ around?”
My friend says “We were going in for the ‘kick’, sir.”
((completely freaked when he said that…we assumed the officer was going to think we’re high or some shit.)
The officer let out a little hough of a laugh and said “Drive normal please. Next time just pull out your totem.”
(come to find out he saw the movie 3 times already)
WE JUST BLEW OUT LAUGHING. WE COULDN’T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!
This night will always be remembered.
